"The taste of the food itself is fantastic, however since they changed the ordering style (no longer a buffet) and upped the price, I find that it's no longer worth visiting the restaurant. The portions are tiny and you can't order anything additional. I don't know why they added a dessert I don't know a single person who wants a low quality chocolate cake from a Chinese. "Having paid for a meal at the time of ordering confirmation of payment being accepted I was astounded to find the delivery driver had been sent back to our property, banging on my door to ask for payment at 10:30pm as his manager had sent him back. This is despite us telling him it was already paid for when he first delivered the meal at 7pm. He wouldn 't accept the fact and knocked on again after we 'd closed the door. To make matters worse, when we called up to confirm we 'd already paid and it was showing deducted from our bank, the person who answered the phone said well, if you think you 've paid! . We don 't think we paid, we know we paid and told you this 4 times. Having spoken to Eddie, who was a manager that kindly called me back from the landline, after I was told the manager was not in until tomorrow, I can accept the explanation of a mistake on their part but not that someone found it acceptable to send the driver to my door to confront my wife at 10:30pm, without any face covering, 1 foot away during COVID. Atrocious experience."
