"The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."

"The best pancakes in the world. They melt in their mouth. Butter and syrup are not required. World-class emlets. There's nothing on the menu that's not delicious. BUT, if you are irritated by the long waiting period for a table, sometimes wait in the cold because of the tiny foyer, or annoyed because it took 10 minutes until someone refills your coffee cup DON'T GO. Every morning there will still be a lot of people, because we love the food and the common atmosphere. We sit at the table or at the common table, or we invite others to sit at our table because the seats are so limited. Go for food and experience, or don't go at all.
