"Ordered 4 cookies on the app... unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances wasn't able to get to the store an hour later. Was informed when I arrived the cookies was sold out (seen some had the cookies i ordered while i was waiting) if someone purchased online or on the app you seriously need to make sure you can fill those orders!!!... now have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. This was probably the best cookie I have tasted in their lineup, the rest have been ok... mostly bland and not flavorful or real buttery.More than likely lost this customer for wasting my time, gas, and money!"

"We made it like 10 minutes before closing. we hate to do this to restaurants, but our children were picked up late and we had been looking for a week to kill?. the personal was so friendly that they were not rude about our timing. I hope they know how simple gestures like that is what makes us come back to Cairos after the time. so grateful for her and her delicious food. they make our date nights perfect."

"Not sure why all the problems here, but we went last night and it was not pleasant! place was dirty, fly everywhere, menu, salt, pepper shaker and bathroom were disgusting! the tacos were ok, but barely meat in them and the first salsa we got with the chips had no taste, but we got another and it had too much garlic in it! they close around 7 and when the people came around 6:30, there were some people working there who seemed angry that they still come customers in-REALLY they want customers, duh! we will not be back, we tried several times and the same result!"

"Totally messed up my order. Bacon on a grilled chicken sandwich AND the side salad. What happened? UPDATE : Went back for a remake and they messed up again. Manager basically called me a liar and demanded pictures which I happily showed him and he was so rude. No pickles and they used a multi grain bun when I asked for a white bun. It?s just about the principle of making it right and they just can?t seem to do that. I am not returning and have contacted corporate. Sad example of a chick fil a franchise. Poor management and I hope they improve in the future."
