"A bit crowded when we walked in so we expected a little wait. -After- we ordered and paid, the cashier told us it would be about a 15 minute wait for our food. 25 minutes later, we were called up and told only one of us was getting food because they were out of chili (all I ordered for myself so they had made me wait nearly half an hour to tell me the food I ordered and paid for was not available). ?Would you like potato soup instead?? ?No, just refund the price of the chili.? ?Uhhhhh?.? So we said forget it and I watched my friend eat his sandwich then I got a deli sandwich at a place nearby. I?m not a big fan of the food the Firehouse chain serves, anyway, so this sealed the deal on never planning to eat there again."

"Noodles and company isn’t bad. It’s just this location. They always pack our bag extremely full. So it makes it complicated to Carry. Why not make it easier for your customers to carry the food out of their car? Common sense right? Not for the people that work here. When we got home out of the car our bag ripped and food spilled all over the floor. We went back to tell the manager and he could care less. Acted as if it wasn’t his issue. Ended up having to order more food for our kids and spend more money"

"It is always incredibly busy, but the food is subpar. It's also extremely (and unjustifiably) expensive. After tipping, my friend and I spent a total of $40 on our breakfast. What did we order? Pancakes, hashbrowns, and coffee. That's all. It's highway robbery, but whatever IHOP is a staple of American culture. I will continue going, and resenting my experience, because I feel obligated to. Hey, at least the waitress was attentive!"
