"Friendly, attentive and skilled staff. Nice live music ambience. The food was delicious and the menu offer is a true bargain. We enjoyed our visit so much we had to book a table to another night as well before our vacation ended. Can definitely recommend!"

"After 13kms walk on levadas we met this restaurant. We didnt plan any break and food there but finally we had great Sangria, super beer, nice tomato soup, chicken, fish with banana and garlic bread. Staff was nice And very kind."

"Rather disappointing experience. While we got a table wirh a nice view, we were just not served. No one arrived at our table, neither welcomed us. After 25 minutes we left the restaurant as we noted there were other guests who were waiting even longer w/o getting served. Further, we noted that some guests at least received their meals but had to organize and serve the drinks themselves. Seems they are just not interested in providing good service as the guests just follow tripadvisor with the consequence that they are fully booked anyway."

"I hadn’t been here before and we decided to stop to have a cup of tea ...The lady that attended to us was lovely and gave us a warm reception...We had the local tea and warm banana bread and warm scones oh it was sooooo yummy ... Definitely recommend ..the gardens are well taken care ...the staff were lovely and the place is so relaxing x"

"Very simple place and menu espetadas with different types of meat, pizzas bolo de cacao style and bolo de caco burgers plus some extras like salads, fries. We tried chicken and beef espetadas and they were just great. We had to wait long because of the chicken but I was told it would take time and to be honest it was worth waiting. It was beautifully served, all extras: salad, bolo de caco, sweet potatoes were excellent. Amazing service and beautiful view."
