The real deal though was the Smothered Breakfast Burrito two eggs, potatoes, cheddar cheese bacon or sausage [I got bacon], rolled in a large flour tortilla and topped with red or green chile sauce, $9.75). I couldn't decide on red or green so I chose Christmas. This baby came out piping hot, and I could smell it as the server was bring it to me. It was absolutely incredible. The thing was so stuffed with the fillings. There was a generous amount of bacon and the red and green chile sauces were a great contrast. I would 100% recommend ordering the Christmas style. The red sauce added a lot of spice while the green was milder but more flavorful. Overall, it was so effing good! I can't express how much I feel in love with this restaurant and if it wasn't my last day in Sante Fe I would have come back every morning. You really gotta check this place out. Based off the reviews about their lunches and dinners I've definitely made it a personal mission to return to Palacio Café next sting in this city."
