"When creating your vegan ramen bowl, you can choose their vegetable broth, vegan noodles, tofu, and hold the egg. I got the spicy miso ramen with vegan noodles and tofu and it was SO delicious! Even my non vegan partner loved it and finished off my bowl! It was perfectly spicy and salty and savory…and the charred cabbage (one of the included veggies) adds such a great flavor. "This was my first time ordering from here. The food was really good. The chicken wingettes was thoroughly cooked and had a nice little crunch to them, slightly over seasoned, but still good. I enjoyed the collard greens and seasoning was on point as well as the rice pilaf. Will be ordering again and definitely recommend this restaurant."
