Was Lucas Harrison at The Wok Inn a mag?
Great for her food. I ordered Malaxiangguo (picture for locals, but not for me). It was good and very fillable (many different ingredients). I recommend to everyone to try this Chinese restaurant when in Newcastle and very hungry. Rewardable place with beautiful ambience. Clean and tidy. View all feedback.

What Val A dislikes about The Wok Inn:
The price of the festive lunch for adults has increased by £1.00 to £10.50, which is reasonable. However, the children's festive lunch is now £6.95, an increase of £2.20. This means that the adult meal has increased by roughly 10%, while the child's meal has increased by about 45%. This seems unfair to those dining with children or the elderly who may have a smaller appetite. It is disappointing to see Fenwick's pric... View all feedback.

Bought some take-away food from here today and was extremely impressed with it. Service was excellent and I would definitely use this business again. After I ordered I realised that I had forgotten an appointment so had to explain, pay and leave when I came back the food was ready and piping hot. And it was very tasty.Venue full of Chinese people which is a great indicator of good food.

On February 26th, 2017, I had a fantastic afternoon at this restaurant. The place was lively and bustling while we watched "The Killing." I haven't experienced such a great atmosphere in a long time. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely come back again.

Fenwick's menu prices have increased, causing some customers to feel disappointed, especially those with children. However, Cafe21 offers a better dining experience for a slightly higher cost. On the other hand, Wok Inn provides a pleasant meal at a good value. The Star Inn in the Toon is a classic rock bar with great bands. The Chinese buffet received high praise for delicious food and excellent service. Families enjoyed the Tee with Santa event at the restaurant, with children having a magical time. Overall, Newcastle has a variety of dining options to suit different tastes and occasions.

My family and I have been going to the Patio restaurant at Fenwick since 2013 for our annual Christmas tradition. We always start with a visit to see the window display and do a bit of shopping afterwards. I have noticed that the restaurant has improved in terms of value and quality of the breakfast menu over the years. The breakfast food is always delicious and there is a good variety of options for all appetites. The staff are polite and efficient. During our recent visit, we had three English breakfasts with drinks and one sausage sandwich with a drink for a total of approximately £25, including toast and jam. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Well done Fenwick, we will see you again in December 2019 for another great experience!

We dined in the patio at this cafeteria-style restaurant and enjoyed delicious meals. The food was tasty, hot, and generously portioned. The Christmas dinner was excellent, and the baked potato was especially tasty. Overall, it was good value for the quality of the food.

I always enjoy meals here, especially the sunday lunch. It certainly isn't cheap, however you certainly get a good meal. There is a lovely choice of cakes and scones too and quite a varied hot dinner menu. I can highly recommend the mince and dumplings and the chef's pie of the day.

The food was delicious and affordably priced, although the price of a Coke was a little steep at £2.20.
