Was Ashleigh-Butcher at Belle Rose Wood Fired Pizza Cafe a mag?
I come here whenever I am even remotely close. It's delicious pizza. Always hot. Perfect wood fired base, great ratio of toppings. Always lovely friendly service. Menulog delivers their pizza if you don't feel like coming in and they're open until 11pm most nights! You can eat in or T/A and there is a lovely park across the road if you feel like a pizza picnic. A MUST if you're in the area. (They also do wedges, past... View all feedback.

What Mark C dislikes about Belle Rose Wood Fired Pizza Cafe:
Ordered 3 pizzas tonight to pick up based on all the glowing reviews. Pizza base was raw and stale. Toppings were OK. Maybe the ownership has recently changed? I had to repeat myself to the young girl taking my over the phone order 4 times. Obviously a Vegie Pizza was an extremely difficult order to understand. Try elsewhere. View all feedback.

I was really looking forward to pizza and thought to try belle rose that received a lot of high reviews. all I can say is that the high ratings for other menu items and not pizza must be. the pizza looks great and appetizing but unfortunately tastes like karton. the crust is not authentic, the beats were tight and there was not enough taste. I ordered the milano and moroccan lamb. the lamb was extremely chewing and had no Moroccan taste at all. I was soou disappointed by the experience and can exclude this from my pizza list.

I LOVE spaghetti marinara. My favorite place was closed last night so I scrolled and scrolled trying to find one that matches my fav. IT COST ME $26 FOR SEAFOOD MIX FROM WOOLWORTHS WITH SPAGHETTI. My kids love margarita pizza and seriously, what Italian restaurant could eff this up- the pizza was horrible. My kids wouldn't eat it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR CASH.

A lovely friendly family run Pizza Café in a quiet street near a large shopping centre. The Pizzas are thin crust and wood fired and we had Mexicana, Aussie and Meat Lovers and all of them tasted terrific. The café is nothing flash to look at and probably is not for dining in, but the locals love it for it's friendly service and genuine old style pizza. Not pricey and 3 large pizzas were enough for 3 adults and 2 teenagers with enough left over for a lucky person the next day. You can phone a order in.

Small pizza cafe with wonderful customer service. We ordered via telephone and collected the pizza 20 minutes later. I like my crust a little thicker but other than this it was very nice - lots of topping.

The pizza is delicious, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. However, I did notice that the size/weight of the pizza was smaller than the last time I visited. I was able to finish a whole pizza by myself this time.

I recommend the Boscaiola specialty pasta from this restaurant. It’s creamy and really good. Great price for the portion too!

I appreciate the late night delivery to Monash University. The pasta was fantastic! The ingredients were fresh and the cream sauce was delicious.

Awesome food, and a great place. it is a nice family-owned restaurant. a lot of option also for the pizza and the crust is too thin to make it more crispy

Everyone thinks they can make pizza until they visit New York or Italy then the lumpen, overloaded mediocrity of 'Australia pizza ' is seen for what it is namely, a pale and inferior imitation. I am happy to say that this is not the case here. They know what they are doing, and they do it well. On an unassuming side street in the leafy side of Chadstone and virtually under the ramparts of the megalopolis itself, is Belle Rose. But don 't go expecting an Italian place. Being Australia, the place is run by a salt of the Earth Indian family: Mum, Dad and the two girls. When we went there (largely on the strength of a 4.9 review on Zomato unheard of! one lass was doing her homework on one of the tables, earplugs in ears, with the telly showing 'Horrible Histories ', stopping her labours to help her parents by taking 'phone orders. Outside the back door was a pile of wood beams in disarray, a half finished deck, and a garden of weeds. The Dad greeted us with a big smile and tended to our order with genuine pride, chatting away as he went. The place could do with a big overhaul, and a paint job, and by going posh they could fill the place nightly if they wanted to, but it 's the food I am reviewing, and it 's the best pizza I 've had since Penn Station in NYC and that was fab. My 15 year old, in a moment of clarity said: perfect sauce/topping ratio Dad . This is basically a take away joint, but if you are in the area, and you want to support migrants that work hard, don 't grumble (he was in front of an open fire in 40 degree heat , and good folk who have smiles as large as Australia, then try Belle Rose. Oh, leave the car at the door of the place if it is a nice day and walk across the road to the nice park and eat your meal to the sound of frogs in the pond. It could not get much better. You got to love the 'burbs.
