However, we decided to try for ourse... read more We were in two minds whether or not to get our lunchtime fish and chips from Hutchinsons, considering the previous reviews. However, we decided to try for ourselves and form our own opinion and, my goodness I'm so glad we did! Our food was absolutely delicious, and cooked to perfection! The service was first class, nothing was too much trouble. And we found them friendly and courteous. My husband and my father both had standard fish and chips. My mother had fish with small chips (which they helpfully marked on the box! , I had chips and two mushy pea fritters. We asked for no vinger, which was no problem! The batter was crispy, and the chips well cooked! Will definitely return! My advice, if in doubt go and try for yourselves!

Parking is fairly tight dependent upon the time of day but if you can find a spot,it will likely be immediately outside the shop. Both eat in and take out options are available. Staff are friendly and helpful
