My expectation for good restaurant would entails good food, lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful service. This Farmhouse is a very small restaurant, with only one long table available for everyone to share. Not much privacy. Jazz and candle helped with the atmosphere. <br>

At booking, I was told there will be candle prepared for birthday man. Not only they completely forgot, but when I mentioned to them in the end, no signs of genuine sorry was seen, it was a "oh I am sorry, it is $144 please". Terrible service. <br>

Entry was really lovely, main course was large, tasted ok, lots of fish bone, small but still quite unpleasant, and dessert was creative, can't say it was good.<br>

The bun was so light it was really just a vector for ingesting yummy bacon and egg and the mayo had a nice heat and just added to the whole experience. Coffee was delicious. "I just grabbed some snacks and, although the prices are pretty high, they were worth it. The katsu bao had great pork and flavours the first of these trendy bao I've had in Sydney that was actually good quality and could justify the prices and the gyoza were standard but filled and cooked well. Very worthwhile for upmarket Japanese fusion."
