Excellent and noteworthy traditional French cooking techniques! It was one of the highlights to my 15 day road trip through Eastern Canada.
Oh, my Can I have an extra star? If you are reading this from the highway, get off! Turn off that highway, make the turn into Charlo.

read moreIt was an excellent spot to meet and to eat. The fare was freshly prepared, healthy and plentiful in a lovely intimate setting. Unsure why it didn't succeed.
