Excellent and noteworthy traditional French cooking techniques! It was one of the highlights to my 15 day road trip through Eastern Canada.

Oh, my Can I have an extra star? If you are reading this from the highway, get off! Turn off that highway, make the turn into Charlo.

"Hidden on the water side of the street. Busy on in Wednesday night. All the bases covered in the menu. Had a lobster roll, salmon and some tuna. Top notch. 26$ for a fill of fine sushi with a sunset view. Definitely recommend."
