We found the price to be on the high side, menu just ordinary and the food was mediocre. On settling the bill, we were told Amex was not accepted even though there is an Amex card sign displayed at the cashier and they are using Amex reservation tag on the table. Needless to say, we were disappointed and found the cashier (possibly the owner) unfriendly. We would recommend this cafe.

The food is very ordinary and overpriced. $18.95 for a basic melt no fries and a garnish from the 1990's. Had to keep asking for table water and all you get is 3/4 Luke warm glass of water. They don't do bottles or jugs. Waiters kept hassling us to order. Later when we wanted additional help found it hard to get hold of anyone. Wish I had checked TripAdvisor before eating here. Don't eat here plenty of other coffee shops to choose from in Castle Towers.

No doubt they displayed sign accepting American Express and using American Express reservation tag, the cashier (possibly the owner) refused to accept Amex on payment. It was finally accepted reluctantly after we told him that we checked with the waiter prior to order. Very unprofessional.Will not visit again. There are other better cafes in Castle Tower.

Even if you're worth 100 million, that's still a bad investment if Gatoni across from seafolly is literally 25 steps away and efficient. Poor people working there having to tell customers that there is a hidden cost.
