So he wa... read more The GM of the Zebulon site delivered us an exceptional customer service. About a month ago we moved to our new house and the division had been updated. So he was actually the one that delivered and accidentally forgotten a piece of order. So he went back and brought it back. He has refunded our money and actually credited the $60 order to our account. Absolute man of his word because I called and he remembered... Without Hassle, our order has been made and brought directly to us. Rare any problems with this store....but people are people and people making mistakes....if they do....they take care of you. Thank you.

Today (22 September 2021) I went in to get my food, and all the staff recognized me and greeted me happy and they all smiled and cheerful. It was so refreshing to feel the atmosphere they created for the restaurant. I work fast food so I know this is not always easy to do. They made the best of it and it was contagious. I admire each one of them, they all deserve raises and promotions in my opinion. 10/10.

We also had pepperoni and ham NY style pizza, hot wings and mozzarella sticks! My picture of the gyro could have been better but the whole other side had allll the cucumber sauce (yum! . They give it to you in a container so you can designate how much you want to put on. I had also started eating my salad before I took picture so they give you a lot. Definitely will return!

My soon to be mother in law was leaving town and wanted to grab something for the road, we headed to Memo?s and to our surprise the restaurant was closed. We got there around 8:35 p.m, the restaurant closed at 8:30 p.m. Luckily for us, Mr. Gino was delighted to greet us and take our order! He was friendly and welcoming! We ordered three shrimp scampis and a spinach calzone, the food was amazing!! If you?re reading this, stop now and head to Memo?s. You will not be disappointed.
