Steaks were not cooked to order and lobster was meh. Nothing special. It was for. wedding anniversary and was rather disappointing. The waitress was very attentive. Kudos to her.

We were in a group of six. it was the mon of juli around it were not many tables busy, maybe other tables. it needed to order our commands and then another to g... read more We were in a group of six. it was the mon of juli around it were not many tables busy, maybe other tables. it needed to order our commands and then another to get the cookies and cute. then another one to get the food. we had not been in this place at least twice before and the dings were in order (food, cleanliness and service.) this time were all unhappy eating was not fresh for the greatest part (except the claws perhaps.) but lobster and the linguini were not fresh our server was very nice, but she was obviously overwhelmed and she tried to make her bride So obviously no one has really thoroughly cleaned these pathrooms for days, if not weeks it is sad, but I will not return to this branch in the near future.

My server was very nice and attentive. Their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich are the best I have had in a while. They also have very good salads. read more My server was very nice and attentive. The bathrooms were clean with ease of access as well as a very nice bar área with options to eatbarside if you choose. Definitely would go back again.

When I asked to pay, the server grabbed an electronic machine on the table, told me what my total was and then after handing her my card, asks will you be tipping 15,20 or 25% today? I chose 15 and whenI got the receipt, more than 15% was charged. The bill was $50.05. So, 15% should have been roughly $7.50 The receipt said tipwas over $8. Yeah, it 's a matter of pennies but don 't shove tip amounts down my throat and then charge more than what Ireluctantly agreed to.

I ordered all you want clam chowder and salad . First bowl was medium size like a third of what 's in can !. I asked for a second bowl. Tookten minutes or so and then came a small cup of chowder. My wife asked for a refill on the glass of tea. Took almost 15 minutesto get that refill. She had asked for the second side which comes with the meal and and the server said she could have a cup ofclam chowder. After we got back home we looked at the bill online. They charged for my wife 's second side. Looks like they arenot aware of things as a server was carrying another couple 's meal and was asking us and two other tables if what she had wasfor them? We have had good service the other times in the past but this was not our day. There were a couple other issues butnext time..

Our server, Eduardo G, truly earned my praise as a five-... read more I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, with outstanding customer service and delicious food! Our server, Eduardo G, truly earned my praise as a five-star server. We visited to celebrate my dad's birthday and, with a little one in tow, we had quite a few requests. However, Eduardo was exceptionally attentive and eager to help with everything we needed. He made sure to check on us multiple times and was always friendly and polite. The food was cooked to perfection, and even the manager stopped by to introduce herself when our meals were served. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I will definitely be returning!

It's getting rare... read more This is a lovely Red Lobster. The lunch menu had reasonable prices, although it was somewhat limited in options. The service was outstanding. It's getting rare to find battered cod on menus these days, so I was thrilled to see it offered as a sandwich. Paired with a generous portion of coleslaw and those delicious biscuits, it made for a satisfying lunch.
