It was our anniversary and the manager made it extra special by having glasses of champagne at the table. Jose was very friendly and accommodating. The seating was outside but we were sandwiched in by two heaters which made it very comfortable. Just a beautiful place and dinner was delicious. "This space was recently remodeled, November ?22. Nice and fresh looking but I don?t think they?ve ironed out the kinks in their customer service. Last week. I nearly left because of the lack of communication and long wait time (there was only one person in line ahead of me. I wasn?t even acknowledged which was odd. Then today was similar and a guy came in carrying a young child and he finally left without ordering as he had a similar problem. Time for our local Peets to upgrade their customer experience not just the space. Please! We want to love the place again."
