We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into, but what a fun dinner! Your servers are your entertainment making for a divine dining experience. We went on a weekend night. I just walked in because it was a cold winter day and needed suppe. the chicken matzo ball suppe was good and the sweet was fresh. the entertainment was upstairs. the coworkers sing yes and had to pronounce for their jobs. they have attempted to move on a few meters and block on the great white way outside the diner. This was the highlight of my trip to the city! WOW what a talented group of performers on top of waiting tables. I was there Sunday night, November 5th and the one female singer (I wish i knew her name phenomenal) did Remember by Becky Hill and Little Mermaid, what a voice!!! It was so awesome she had the customers dancing and participating loved every minute I was there. Brandon had the customers engaged as well he was great!!! The food was excellent !!! Definitely a great representation of NYC will definitely be back!!!!
It's not about the food. The wait staff entertainment is first class
Absolutely a must go! If you enter New York as a tourist and don't visit then you have failed. Food is great and service is BETTER.
The atmosphere is great here! We went at about 6pm on a Monday and didn't have to queue to get in. The seats are a little bit tight but it adds to the experience. The portion sizes are good, we had Nachos which were really nice. Philly steak and Mac Cheese were OK.
The atmosphere is very fun and is quite interactive! One minute your waiter/waitress is taking your order and then singing on stage the next! While Ellen?s more known for their talented singing waitstaff, they also serve some delicious diner classics and alcohol! There?s usually a line to get in, but it?s worth it for the fun!
