Tried booking a meal at Lucia 's York phoned the restaurant and was told to book online. Went online and tried to book for 4 people, website bumbled and booked for 2 erroneously. Tried to amend online unsuccessfully.....then called the restaurant to change reservation. 3 times. phone answered and then call dropped. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!! Will pop into a restaurant on the hoof instead. Meals hit and miss so not a loss.... read more.

Found this place by accident but glad we did. Had an amazing experience enhanced by Danny our waiter. Nothing was to much trouble, food delivered with a smile....
