Eduardo (maitre d) is tremendous and alone is worth the visit. Food was ok. Living off of its reputation as are many of the restaurants on 46th Street “Restaurant Row”. Glad we went to hear the stories from Eduardo, and I was reminded of my growing up in the 60’s. Atmosphere was excellent. Food definitely needs to be improved though.Food: 3/5 read more.

What Cindy doesn't like about Barbetta:
The garden was beautiful, but placed in a corner with significant wait staff traffic. The pre-theatre three-course menu was fair at best. The website listed filet and crab cakes as options with a $10 upcharge, but the menu did not reflect these offerings.
