We loved our experience here. We came to lunch during the day and found seats. I know this place can't really be packed, and there's a reason. Food quality was high everything was fresh and made right. Service might have been better, but I think it could have been the sleepy part of the day. I would come back absolutely. "The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. I will have to try it freshly made in the brick and mortar location. The Corn Bread was too dry for my taste, I had to warm it up and smothered it with butter to eat it...
