Came here to this tucked away little sushi restaurant and was glad I did. Prices are reasonable and quality is good. Enjoyed the decor and the slow jams aged in the background. Would come again View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Sushi Park:
I keep going here even though the service is terrible because it's the only sushi place near us. Every time I try again I keep getting disappointed. They never have the order ready when they say they will so I have been late getting to class a few times-it seems the people in the restaurant eating get higher priority than take out even though you have been given a specific time to pickup-sometimes they will have half... A great place to stop for lunch. Their Bento boxes offer great value. I had a vegetarian bento box for just $9 and it was filling and yummy. I particularly recommend their croquettes.
$9.99 for ALOT of very tasty food makes this a favourite lunch spot for me. You can return again and again since there are so many combinations you can choose from! I wouldn't recommend the spring roll option, but the thin noodle stir fry, the salads, the tempura, and the sushi are all SO GOOD! I want to try the dumpling and the spinach salad next time! An inexpensive, delicious, and very filling lunch! give it a try!
This quaint little place used to be a family favourite but the poor service and quality of food during the last few visits has certainly lowered my opinion of Sushi Park. It appears as if take out food is their main source of income so eat in service is near non existent. The last three times I have had to ask for menus, take my order up to the waitresses and wait a long time for the food to come. The sushi has gone from great to average, especially the last visit where the rolls were not tight and firm, as soon as you picked them up they fell apart, and the fish was definitely not fresh. Sushi Park used to have great sushi, and wonderful personal service, maybe they should hire another waitress and sushi chef to keep up the service and customers. One more chance and I will be looking for another sushi place. It would be a shame to lose such a once great family restaurant due to being under staffed.
I have been to sushi park ever seen 2013. The place was, great before, fast and amazing sushi. And also i dont like soya sauce and i asked them to give me tariyaki on the side they had no problem to do so. Now, they are being so cheap on everything. The place is almost full, and there is one cook and one server trying to serve 15 tables all at once & take outs. I usually call for orders to go and she does not understand english. She cant even understand anything. You spell your name and she still asks you whats your name. Then i ask for tariyaki and she gives me the shitiest one. Its gross. Used to be so good, and if you ask for two its a dollar. What the hell. Never going back there again. Ive had it.
