"I want to thank the team at the Williamsport Buster's for their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help make my event a success. I highly recommend purchasing ice cream from them for any event you have. I needed the ice cream packed a certain way and they were able to accommodate my request. They responded in a very timely manor providing the information for the cost and pick up time. Thank you again for all of your help."

"I ordered the all you can eat fish dinner. I waited for a second piece for longer than it took my meal to come. I think the waitress forgot about it. I could hear other waitresses asking other customers if they were ready for more, I don't think my waitress knows what all you can eat means. This isn't my first bad waitress from here enough is enough, It ruined my night and I will not be going here again."

"I can't say enough great things about this place. in the last few years they have organized numerous events for us and were just perfect. they organized our rehearsal during covid, my father 80th birthday last year, and I was to many other events that are all over and beyond. we called the last weekend for a last minute reservation and we can sit outside for a date night. really an exceptional staff, chef and general experience. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would."

"So very disappointed!! First things first my sub was missing from a $60+ order! THEN the meat that was on the fries was BURNT! when you pay that much you expect for your food to be made correctly. I used to order from here ALLLL THE TIME! I don't know what happened but even one of the workers totally agreed with the meat not being up to par, how people can run a business and then not fix a mistake that was on their end...that blows my mind .. any restaurants I've worked in we always made sure our customers were happy especially when it was something that clearly was a in-house mistake... He's saying to call doordash and get credits... Man I wanted my food...that I paid for... Human to human who wouldn't be upset about their food not being made how they requested... The nacho fries would have been perfect if the meat didn't taste like the grill itself... I don't know if they were busy for what but that was NOT okay at all... -former police chief's granddaughter"

"I want to eat one of their cheese steaks every day for the rest of my life. amazing! Five of us went after work from the city and they were as friendly to us as if we had known them for years. I will be there every time I am in newberry. Many thanks for such a great dinner experience in a timed of everything that becomes cheaper, smaller and less desirable. I wish them many years success"

"Small restaurant in downtown Williamsport. The food was good. Nothing particular stood out. I did get the poboy shrimp sandwich with the pretzel bun which was good. Just be sure you make a reservation! We were lucky enough to get reserved seating at the bar 30 minutes after we checked in."
