Staff is always friendly, the bathrooms are amazingly clean. The food is good and I appreciate that their hamburgers are 100 percent beef, no fillers. Also have gluten free buns available.

This is one of the cleanest DQs I've been in. Cleaner than the Cache Creek location and definitely better than any in Victoria. Friendly helpful staff too.It's DQ, so I'm hard pressed to give it a 5. No fault of this location (they prepared everything well), it's just fast food.

Quick and tasty, excellent service, up to date equipment, (uses TD pinpads with tap function), always serves you Blizzard upside down!!!

While passing through Williams Lake on the way home, we decided it was time for a "Cool Treat". Albeit, it was a bit of a chore to access due to construction on service road, the visit and treats were well worth it. What seemed like no time at all to serve the couple of cars ahead of us, we were treated very quickly and their staff were super friendly and pleasant. Will definitely stop again on way through and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Located just off Hwy 97 they have ample parking available. The interior and grounds are spotlessly clean and the staff very pleasant.We ordered 2 blizzards and 2 small cones for the dogs.The staff member immediately provided 2 cones, advising they will make the blizzards while we give the dogs their cones.On checking the bill we noted the dog cones were complimentary. The blizzards were well mixed.Definitely one of the best DQ's we have visited.
