Some customers experienced long waits, incorrect orders, forgotten main courses, and unsatisfactory meals. One diner even felt ill after eating the lasagne. However, others enjoyed their experience, praising the food quality, service, and atmosphere. It seems that this Boston Pizza location offers a typical chain restaurant experience with both positive and negative aspects.

Having a beer n a burger after a hard day's work like any other. BPs prices have gone up or else I'd go to BPs more frequently.
