this was exactly as expected for the time of year and price. our server worked hard and were very pleasant. eating was good and plentiful. trust me, I have had luck in eating in meelin restaurants and dumps that complained (and write one-star reviews) had either unrealistic expectations or got extremely unhappy. What User dislikes about PopUp at at Fairmont Chateau Whistler:
It is a “family style” place but tables and chairs are not comfortable, they do not agree with the price of the experience, it is very expensive for what it is. They serve too much food, too much, but it is not of great quality or spectacular, they gave us chicken in the oven, they came 70% wings, no one ate them. $70 per person? I don't recommend it. xq plus you pay the drinks and the service. was our happiest resta... View all feedback.
I hadn’t really realized what I had signed our family up for. We were very pleasantly surprised when the hostess showed us into this gorgeous hall decked to the nines in seasonal scenes featuring a stunning árbol centerpiece and a fabulous live musical act. The wait staff proactively made accommodations for food for our younger children. The food was delicious and the quantity unbelievable. It was a total feast. Highly recommend. If we had any room left to eat that much we would totally do it again!
The venue was a bit loud with someone who appeared. eating was great and the service was top notch!

Eating was terrible- meat was dry, suppe was cold, incredibly too expensive. it is not worth trying.
