Brewhouse at Whistler

Bachelorette. Our food took forever to come but we were enjoying ourselves so it didn’t really matter. Management was super apologetic that our food took so long and brought us complimentary beer tasting and dessert. Even though our food took so long to come they definitely made up for it in excellent customer service

Mr. Mark James, You have a great front of the house, however on our last visit Salad was limp, no vinaigrette with any taste, Spaghetti Bolognese sauce far too sweetened and Mushroom Fettuccine was properly cooked but no taste and only could count 2 Shitake's As you know these are dishes that can be perfected with a little practice. House lager very good.

Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating. Food was mediocre at best. Seems to be the baseline in Whistler these days.

Wait time to get our food was really long. Beef ribs were a disappointment and the salmon pasta was quite tasteless and it was “dry” with no sauce. Very cozy place but few last times that we have eaten there the food has not been as good as it used to be

Long line ups this past weekend everywhere, we chose to wait it out in the Brewhouse line. Well worth the wait. What a menu, so many choices. The beer was really nice too! We ate dinner here twice and loved it. Great food & service. Everybody around us was raving about their food too...just saying.
