The Village Taphouse - West Vancouver

We ate here our first night in Vancouver, and everyone found something to enjoy. The seafood chowder and fish tacos that we ordered were outstanding. Chowder wasn't overly thick and was filled with fresh seafood. Fish tacos had plenty of flavor without covering the taste of great fish. Our kids had the pizza and loved it. We both got a terrific local IPA and enjoyed the friendly service we received throughout the meal.

I had the GF Chicken Taco Salad, minus the taco shell, and it was great. It was blackened chicken on the salad components for $16. My wife had the Sierra Salad also for $16 which she said was perfect. Beer was $5.25, but no GF beer. Good service...been there before and will return.

Lots of choices of interesting salads , fast service , happy servers The taco salad is amazing, the calamari delicious but way too salty . It's a large and noisy venue full of young families

Our first evening in Vancouver, we came across this place, we sat at the bar and ordered drinks and shared nachos. We love our nachos and the only down side was there were no refried beans and could've had more jalapeños!

Very good, friendly service, gorgeous interior, nice place, outdoor tables overlooking the square, condizente price, cold beer and good food. the price of happy hour very good.
