Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my daughter felt I was back in Japan with the excellent, delicious beautifully presented food. Such a surprise to find this gem in a discount specialty precinct. Food is ordered at the counter but the service was pleasant and quick. A delightful experience. View all feedback.
What Graham N doesn't like about Shimizu Harbour Town:
I came here for lunch with my son to celebrate his end of school year. Service was very slow and they brought out the wrong meal. They also insist on using plastic cutlery which is a shame. View all feedback.
Decent japanese sushi and katsu-don ideal for quick rest in the mids of shopping spree! Price is a but expensive in relative to your portion. Taste is allright. Super friendly staff, though! Okay, back to shopping!
Clean sushi restaurant. This place is pretty reliable. I have eaten here over 6 times. Only complaint is sometimes I would like my sashimi colder. Good value and healthy choices while you shop. Great tea!
Today the weather was a bit warm... I don't think they have an air conditioner.. I was starving... And quick got out from there. The food was not too bad... It's affordable. They need to check sticky wasabi plastic bottle and soy sauce... Other than that.. It's an ok Japanese cafe after you done a bit of shopping
We came here for a quick lunch..I ordered karage chicken and tobiko roll. But we got chicken katsu instead. But no complaint. Their katsu chicken was nice and crispy. The tobiko roll..I wish they use prawn instead of crab stick. It would be really nice???????? Service was OK
Shimizu never fails to disappoint, its usually fast, tasty, and comes with huge portions. However, over the course of the years we've been going there, the quality has dropped. Although the presentation is still very lovely, the amount of food that you get has decreased. The hot pot udon was nice, the sauce was very good. I was a bit disappointed with my seafood gyoza ramen. The soup was fantastic, I just wish there was more in there apart from bamboo shoots, noodles and gyoza. Kaarage chicken was average too. Their bento box has shrunk, additons were salad and a little jelly presented in an expanse of bowl.
