"My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."

"We had a change of plans, so ended the late Friday afternoon to dinner. the weather was nice and still a lot of space on the terrace so that is where we ended. service was good and the margaritas were great and tasty. our favourite meal is the pollo loco, which we ordered in exactly every Mexican restaurant on the west side. that was by far the worst food we were served by each of the Mexican restaurants in the Moines area. a favorite of us is the cheese sauce that is to crush the meal. with the meal we were served when there were cheese sauce, we couldn't find them. so basically, we ended up with grilled chicken breast with a twee. I'm not sure why she was so different. instead of the typical fried rice, her was only white rice, which was very blanching. Maybe that's the way it should be, but we didn't approve. we also asked for flour tortillas and ended served mais that we did not have a fan of. too many other good choices for mexiko here, we will never again."

"This place has wonderful pizza and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My friend has a severe gluten allergy and they took special care of her to make sure she would have a pizza that she could enjoy and not make her sick. I had one of the pizzas that were on the list, but they gave me just a few suggestions that made it even better. I've only been to the one at Valley West Mall, but it's highly recommended."

"The staff here are incredibly rude. Especially the older woman possibly in her early/mid 20’s with brown and blond hair. I came here with my daughter on Saturday and she gave us nothing but attitude the whole time we were ordering. We didn’t ask for anything too difficult just some signatures that were listed. Not only was she being rude to us but some of the other employees as well. I would NEVER let my daughter work there if that woman worked there. I don’t know what her problem was but she needs to treat not only the CUSTOMERS better but also the EMPLOYEES. I will not be back and I will be telling my friends about this. I feel bad for those employees, I hope they get treated better."
