13 mins waiting in drive through for one wrap. No napkins. Not the first time either. Ill take my chances with Maccas next time.

Came for the wings as we had cravings! Love the food but not the staff service. Staff seems to not know their food very well and makes mistakes during our order... Besides that the food is very good!

Popped in to grab dinner, I notified a staff member that I am deaf and need to lip read. She was mumbling so I reminded her again. Still mumbling. I asked her for a pen and paper. She got snappy at me and rolled her eyes and walked off. My mate and I walked out and drove to Bunbury for Red Rooster as we were heading to Perth. Yes it's just fast food but a good customer service goes a long way. Very disappointed and disgusted with the way she behaved.

I have a Red Rooster Rewards Card not that we go very often. I had a Birthday recently and a Free Quarter Chicken Chips and cool drink to celebrate. Thank you Red Rooster. The Service is always very Friendly and food comes fresh and hot.

We called in late afternoon when we arrived. Ordered Fish and Chips which we didnt enjoy. The shop was empty but could do with a good clean up. The toilets were an improvement from the last time we were there. We will give them another chance next time as maybe it was a bad day.
