Everybody in Welland knows Kimono's and has eaten their Decor is nothing fancy and hasn't been updated since the 70's Customer service and quality of food has definitely improved with new ownership It's for sure not the Mandarin, but then again the price reflects it Food is always fresh and hot and worth the money you pay for it View all feedback.
