DQ Wesmount - Waterloo

I absolutely love this place! We always get our birthday cakes from here and order online. The cakes are always ready for pickup on time and exactly as we asked for them. My 4-year-old specifically requested a cake from here and it turned out to be exactly what he wanted!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, as they were able to create a delicious cake for us in just one day.

This Dairy Queen has given constantly excellent customer service. Exceptionally friendly and always on top of it. Owner does a fantastic job.

I ordered on UberEats and left a comment on my order requesting a very tiny bit of vanilla ice cream for my dog since there was no option for just plain ice cream. I figured they would give me a very small amount, if any, since I didn’t pay for it. They sent a full dish! Georgia was very thankful for the treat

Messed up our order but gave us a refund for what they forgot and free onion rings : manager was really nice !
