The restaurant offers a stunning view and elevated atmosphere, perfect for special occasions and date nights. However, some guests experienced slow service, especially during private events, and cold, bland food during restaurant week. Despite these issues, many highlighted the exceptional service, delicious dishes, and unique whiskey cocktails made by skilled bartenders. The speakeasy concept was praised for its fun ambiance, secretive vibe, and impressive drink selection. The menu, which includes salads, flatbreads, and creative desserts like Brie brûlée, was well-received by diners. Overall, Thea is recommended for its fresh, local ingredients, fantastic service, and memorable dining experience.

Was Gudrun Mills at The Observatory a mag?
Very good food and creative cocktails in an interesting space. A particular standout for us was extraordinarily good gluten-free pizza. Really good crust that was actually bread-like, crisped on the edges, and not soggy or flat in the middle. Bravo! View all feedback.

What Mabelle Towne dislikes about The Observatory:
Upon arriving at this establishment with my reservation, I was promptly shoved out of the way for the arrival of a foreign diplomat to the hotel. I was brusquely informed that the Observatory was now closed, and when I tried asking another question I was waved away and told to leave the premises. I found the entire experience quite unpleasant. We reserved two bar seats for a birthday party and they were not available when we arrived on time. they have been sitting on a table and compose one of our drinks, but on a cocktail bar, which half of fun is watching how drinks are made. with the failed reservation it was very disappointed, even if the drinks and the service were the rest of the evening good, it was a great disappointment at a special occasion.

Vater in law loves jazz and craft cocktails both were not excellent. the service was slow, forgotten and under expectation. the Oktopus app was fantastic, but all the meals looked just out and tasted as if from a low-end chain restaurant. they don't go to eat here. only drinks and music.

Food was terrible and they forced you into a pre fix menu on Valentines Day. Drinks were good but not worth the $75 three course meal they made you buy : disappointing.
