A young girl named Charlie insisted multiple times that it was my fault, and her attitude left much to be desired. It was her attitude that bothered me the most, and I believe she should undergo additional training in customer service.

The employee, a young girl named Charlie, blamed me multiple times for the mistake and her attitude left much to be desired. I was particularly bothered by her attitude and believe she could benefit from additional customer service training.

How di... read more I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I have never consistently been let down by anyone as much as I have by the employees at this restaurant. How difficult is it to get a simple breakfast order correct? They are always late with your order, overcharge you, and only give you half of what you ordered. They seem to forget something every single time, usually half of your order. It is impossible to reach them by phone. The management of this place needs to address these issues. I usually don't write reviews or complain, but this needed to be said. This place should be shut down and replaced with something else. Avoid at all costs. I have contacted customer service and will continue to do so until I am reimbursed. Absolutely terrible.

The chicken burgers wer... read more This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a few items, only to get home and realize that the large fries were missing. The chicken burgers were also cold. This is the second time we have experienced missing items from this location. I will never be returning to this place again. Thanks, McDonald's.

Disgusting couldn’t wait to get out of there. Will never visit here again.
