What a fantastic spot for a holiday lunch (or really any time, for that matter)! The small plate lunches were outstanding. They are the perfect size for sharing, yet not so large that you end up too full from just one dish. The service was top-notch, and the location is ideal for a midday shopping break. We have been going to va de vi for years now. This was the first time we experienced both bad quality food and very bad service. Our server was rude, didn’t pay any attention to us and than lied to the manager about us being rude to her. The manger was even defending her. Pleasantly surprised that this great restaurant was open on New Year's Day! Even more surprised that they had a zucchini spaghetti dish on special - yummy! And ... panna cotta !!! Yum!
