"On holiday I was attentive to the search for good coffee on this beautiful roastery. Some coffees in home later, I wanted to understand better what exactly I like about certain coffees and where these varieties come from. For about half a year, I now order different varieties online and have high-quality coffee at home in addition to a small holiday feeling every day. The relevant descriptions, transparent origins and (frequently) organic certification have made it easier for me to try out from a distance. Packing and shipping are impeccable and the Kaffeelust magazine offers great impulses for further experiments for me as a starter. Thanks for the great service and I look forward to the personal visit to the next holiday!"

"Chronologically not quite right (here we were already sung kulinarically before the “Koch’s” in his way, but not at least pleasantly than the locals in my previous reviews, this time deliberately followed briefly report on our first lunch in the Upper Bavarian summer freshness. The Mukkefuck did it to Mrs. and Mr. Obacht!, from the usual contrasting motives, while Mrs. Obacht! expressly praised the diversity, freshness and quality of the cuisine offered, the Lord of the House not at least sympatheticly sympathized especially with the city-famous Roastbeef Baguette, whose sheer size and incredibly generous professions have been for many years. The excited anticipation and the way from the hotel was again a walk in a postcard Idylle, given the last week Kaiserwetter. In general, some of the views suggest that they were shrunk overnight at H0 and on a utopian model railway line, Upper Bavaria in summer is really nice. On the way to the Mukkefuck Due to the beautiful weather we had reserved a table in the beer garden, which lies behind the ornamental building and I liked the slightly enchanted, comfortable atmosphere created very well by the arrangement of tables and the lovingly cultivated growth. Outside view beer garden parasols donated very welcome shade, two middle-aged ladies whispered and served dirndln, especially instead of the burial student NRW Hipster Tussi with Two Tone Frisur and “High Waist Skinny Jeans” – vintage, of course. The house and the hedges shrouded the noise of the road well, it was idyllic until an infernal sound had inherited the landscape: Imposing appearance of Mr. Obacht on his Enduro, who arrived a few minutes after us. The maps were handed over, which on the first page tell a little about the history of the house, which here in GAP had probably already a good reputation for decades because of its legendary salads and especially the “homedressing” described with pride. The house is Slow Food member and one is proud of the local and regional ingredients, but the kitchen is not “Creat Bavarian” but offers from an extensive breakfast offer over pancakes and roasts, dishes with homemade noodles, daily soups and dressed, appetizers like “Smurmury baked in herbal butter”, to a small steak card a large selection without overbording. The offer is complemented by a well-maintained wine card, the Mukkefuck is easily recommended for the well-maintained dinner: [here link] The heat that we chose for all fruit choir, I took something crazy, apple choir, madame and the two caresses chat on Rhabarberschorle, the drinks were served with ice on request and the budget with 3 euros per piece with a “landestypical” half litre filling. Memorable readers have known since ancient times: Without pancake soup there is little to worry about, which was ordered immediately as an appetizer and the content of the two-liter lion he inhaled in record time. In view of the heat, I already got a warm soup circulation problem and was therefore very happy with Mr. Obacht, who discovered a very appealing dish on the season ticket for us two with a serene carnivorous routine: roast beef with roasted meat, field salad and homemade Remoulade – 13,80€ Roastbeef with roasted, field salad and very sweet pink premulate The Slow Food Statute of the house made me especially at the court, but guaranteed this very art-friendly breeding in the region and in many cases even organic qualities in the meat. The Remoulade was also successful, it is in the consistency a narrow comb between pleasant cream and pappy wallpaper glue, this was perfect in this respect. Also tastefully round: not too sweet, not too sour, vinegar, some mustard, parsley, chives and I still mean Anchovis calmly humiliated or costed. I was stretched on the legendary house dress and was quite tanned, a bright yogurt dressing, relatively thin, tasteful good, but you should really like garlic. If someone plans an interview afterwards, he should look at it, a flag is safe. At these temperatures I found the fresh field salad, which by the way is "picked", i.e. is freed from the stems, which I otherwise disapprove too deeply. The Brat was prepared and came fresh from the pan on the plate, home cooking with nutmeg, pepper and salt, the Sauerrahm diving completed in a proven way. A dish like a “Funtain in Lotto” in this weather, wonderful, Mr Obacht was also very happy. Ms. Obacht! a big fryer with shrimps and zucchini, because of the very cool autumn weather, naturally baked with cheese, I did not admire the iron discipline of the spearhead of the Upper Bavarian Gastro criticism for the first time. Madame was in the summer salad whisky and got this “surrected” copy served: salad with special dressing – 7.60€ salad with special dressing An epic part, I am glad that her underarms are on the picture due to the size reference, a true behemoth of salad, mia san mia, so I like and know Bavaria from childhood. I will never forget how my mother once received a similar part on a hut, although she really wanted only a small salad. But this was still much more rustic and included, among other things, half tomato, whole boiled eggs and the bowl was again a corner larger. Mother's unconstitutional face and my father's laughing cramp I remember. But back to the present, Madame was happy, Rucola, Feldsalat, head salad, turbulent carrots and even more found herself in the depth of the bowl, the dressing also liked them well, especially since the olfactory late episodes on holiday did not really cause to worry. A bread basket with fresh white bread was added to the salad. Observation! recommended to look at the interior of the hut, I liked to follow and thought I landed in a home museum. Somewhere between the doll tube and the large family punk it is not more convenient, the historical tile heart surely not only provides visual warmth and comfort in winter. No one wanted a coffee in this weather, I asked the bill and found that you cannot pay here with EC or credit card! That was not so great because I had previously announced to pay the bill and from habit I usually never have much money. But it was enough for a reasonable tip for our friendly service Lady Petra, whose first name betrayed our bill. Satisfied and satisfied we started in the afternoon, a grandiose Segway tour led us among other things to the historical ski jump ski jumping hills of the “forgotten” 36 winter Olympics, highly recommended for imitation! I wouldn't have to earn my buns at the moment, not only in the kulinatian sometimes disgusting hagen. Clear recommendation!"
