"We made a reservation for 5 people in the restaurant and also asked the table to be decorated a bit because we wanted to eat here after a wedding. Was confirmed as such. After arriving we found that no table had been reserved, but we were assigned a free table. Of course the promised decoration was missing. After a complaint, this was remedied. The restaurant has two dining rooms and we were in the upstairs one. The furnishings are spartan and modern with little cozy charm, but that is apparently due to the spirit of the times. There is also a pizza bakery in the room above. As a starter we had pumpkin cream soup and bruchetta, both good. My wife had a salmon trout which was very good, but unfortunately it wasn't served with boiled potatoes as stated on the menu but was served with watery potato salad. The granddaughter chose Barbarie duck and, upon request, she was also served dumplings. The duck was not red through and inside, which meant the meat was very hard. My schnitzel Viennese style was really large and fried correctly, unfortunately there was no salt and therefore tasted bland and the watery potato salad made this even worse. The groom had a steak (much larger than stated on the menu) with rosemary potatoes and jus, which he enjoyed. The bride was really unlucky. Since she wanted the onion roast to be properly cooked, it took a long time until it was served. When it arrived it was cut into pieces (because it was overcooked) and only lukewarm. The accompanying herb butter was missing and the pepper sauce was not delivered either. What was fitting was that the black tea was only served lukewarm, but this was remedied after a complaint. It could actually be a good restaurant but due to so many negligence it can only be recommended to a limited extent.
