"We went to their new restaurant. Compared with other restaurants in VRSA, they have created a nice and cozy ambiance, which is a great improvement. The dishes were very plain this was not just my experience, but from all 4 of us . The price of the dishes/drinks is on the high side. With these prices, I expected better taste and better services. With better services, I mean the lack of proper etiquette displayed by the staff serving food with the wrong side facing up or handling plates with their fingers on the rim, etc.. . If they improve in this area, then it is maybe the price worth and then I will give them 4 stars."

"We ordered a pastel de nata and a coffee. as usual, the coffee in portugal is very strong and bitter, but the pastel de nata was good. the main reason of the low ranking is the toilet. the toilet was not working and it...was also not a paper and handcuff. when they complained, they didn't even react."
