Somewhere in between modern and traditional Austrian food (but don't expect great innovation). Beef broth with marrow knödel was excellent. Wienerschnitzel was as it should be, and served with lemon and good quality potatoes with parsley, and an excellently fresh green salad. Tolles Gasthaus mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Das zweigängige Menü war ein Geschmackserlebnis, die Fenchelsuppe gehaltvoll und das Perlhuhn auf den Punkt.
