Visited the Sucrerie after making an online booking and paid a deposit to secure the reservation (mid week). Overall we found the food OK and service very amicable, but when came time to pay the bill we were asked to pay the full amount and told the deposit would be refunded through Paypal. It took a couple of e-mails (no response to these) and a Paypal complaint to resolve the matter - not a good experience!! read more.
