This is the best food in Central NY. A lot of people recommend places to eat and after I try these new places I'm usually disappointed. This is because I grew up on amazing home-cooked Italian food. I've eaten basically everything around the Utica-Rome areas and Bellas is my favorite. Their stuffed veal and amazing riggies cannot be beat. I highly recommend. read more.
