They are one of the few places that can accommodate gluten and dairy free requests. You still have to check the orders though. We ordered two sashimi salads, one of them to meet dietary needs. Both salads came without dressing, but had wontons. It was a quick fix though. All the food was tasty and pitchers of drinks were provided for easy refills.
