We stopped by this place for lunch as soon as we landed in Kauai since it was one of the restaurants closest to the airport.
Excellent food for a good price My husband got their Mema's curry with shrimp and calamari for an appetizer He loved it.

"I love food trucks and the quality of the food that comes out of them. The Kauai Sushi Station is no exception! The cashier and sushi chef recommend the big eye tuna and i am glad that i ordered it! Phenomenal!! The cashier also recommended the Ginger Crazy Roll. It too was really good, as was the house made ginger dressing on the salad! The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I highly recommend trying this food truck!!!"

"Everything is good. Marks special combo is what I got and my girl got the Korean chicken and teriyaki beef combo. Both were wonderful! The yelp reviews are not fake. The carrot cake, if they have it, was almost enough to make me cry, it was soooooo good. It's only take out so you'll need to find a place to eat. Really one of the best on Kauai."
