We read this was the best shave ice on the island, and I think they were rightLove the use of organic, local ingredients.
Very fresh and flavorful shaved ice. This isn't like the other traditional shaved iced you find everywhere else on the island.

"I love food trucks and the quality of the food that comes out of them. The Kauai Sushi Station is no exception! The cashier and sushi chef recommend the big eye tuna and i am glad that i ordered it! Phenomenal!! The cashier also recommended the Ginger Crazy Roll. It too was really good, as was the house made ginger dressing on the salad! The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I highly recommend trying this food truck!!!"

"Just happened to have been driving by and said to my friend , we could go there. Nothing fancy looking outside . We got great service, despite our grungy appearance after having been on a hike down the wailua waterfall . the food is unexpectantly delicious and nicely plated. I Highly recommend this."
