"Staff has gone down hill big time. For years my wife has ate an oven roasted chicken wrap. It?s has always came with 2 pieces of chicken. The kid who made my sandwich tonite, has made it numerous times before with 2 pieces of chicken. Tonite he saysit has always been only one piece. And I didn?t know what I was talking about. And when I showed him the website showing 2pieces he just shrugged his shoulders said to bad and walked away. I will be taking my business elsewhere"

"Went to order a foot long chicken, bacon, ranch online which was a total of $11 before I added a coupon. Wasn?t able to pay cash at the store to order. Went up to the store and got a 6in instead. Was told my total was $10. I asked why there was adifference. The child who checked me out had a smart attitude and replied ?I don?t know I?m not corporate?. I asked for myreceipt and wasn?t even rang up for the correct sandwich. When I asked about this he then told me that it was even moreexpensive for the actual sandwich I ordered. Was going to ask but his last two responses were smart so I went to walk out. As Idid he says ?oh my god?. Haven?t been here in years and now I know why everyone says this store is horrible."

"Many years ago my father went away with cancer. My sister and I stayed here because the whole family came to sit with Dad. My sister and I were short with money, the manager really helped us with coupons and specials etc. We appreciate the help. It's really nice to know that people still have a heart. "The service here is good, depending on when you come in. I have had some mangers here be real short and kinda rude with me. This visit was actually a pretty good visit.
