The grilled pastrami sandwich was mediocre and the fries were really greasy. Coffee was awful but about par for restaurants in Gallup.

"When we stopped into the Oasis Mediterranean Restaurant, we were a little confused about the parking situation. There are about 10 spots, but they’re very tight and in between some cement dividers with a half wall at one end. It looks like it used to be a drive-in fast food joint, and we got the last spot in the parking lot because they were packed. That was a good sign, and we were excited to see what was on the menu. Everything looked delicious, and while they aren’t a vegan restaurant they had a lot of vegan options. Munchkin enjoyed her pita and hummus, while hubby and I each enjoyed a bowl of their lentil soup. Hubby also got a falafel sandwich, while I got a side of falafel that I dipped in some of munchkin’s hummus. Everything was delicious, and we even took some leftovers with us for the road. (It turns out that a local alumni group was having a meeting, hence the crowded parking lot. Although, I’m pretty sure they picked the spot for the delicious food. "Great eating, clean environment, easy to reach. my only complaint is the prizes. I thought the things were expensive in florida, but it was over $50 for three of us, one of them was a child and only 1 drink for children not adult. it is not a full service restaurant where they wait for their tables. you actually have to wait in the line and the portions are perfect, but for the price that I would expect to be bigger or for it a full-fledged restaurant. it is still worth going here, but just be willing to pay five stars prizes!"

"I had my lotaburger New Mexico style, I don't know what hatch is but it was spicy! Not burn the top of my head off spicy but spicy enough that it took me a while to finish my burger."
