FD's Grill House - Tyler

We went out for a Mother's Day lunch during the quarantine this year.

This was my first time trying this restaurant for takeout, and I have to say the spinach dip pasta was absolutely fantastic! The triple dipper appetizer was also delicious. We got a generous amount of food for $28, and I was very pleased with my meal.

The food was delicious. I ordered the club salad and it was packed with chicken. The croutons were a bit soft and sweet, which was a nice touch.

The food here is consistently excellent. However, I did have a small issue during my visit yesterday. My cousin ordered green tea, and I asked the waitress if she could refill my glass with green tea later, as I wasn't aware they served it. She brought me a hot green tea, and I mistakenly thought it was iced tea. When I clarified, she informed me that they don’t offer iced green tea. I then requested a cup of ice but ended up being charged for both teas. I just wish she had explained how the green tea is typically served when I made my initial request.

This place is amazing. The service and the food was excellent. The atmosphere is like a fine dining restaurant but with very reasonable prices. We will for sure be back.
