Tuscaloosa Alabama Outback is AWESOME. I just placed my to go order once again with the TO GO ORDER TEAM. This time I spoke with DANA. She was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to help me. Tuscaloosa has an amazing group of employees. I thank them for always going being so kind on the phone and a pleasure to speak with. Service was great! But the over priced steak was under seasoned and very tough. On top of that it was way too small for the price and food wasn't worth the price. But I will say it was cooked perfectly medium well. But if you raise your prices that high, then you need to make it worth it. I was a chef for a big catering company and know how much food costs are and it aggravates me when restaurants get greedy. If your portions are that small and your charging over 20 something dollars for plate, then it better give that wow factor when I bite into it. Also the plating was very basic, again if your charging over 20 something dollars for a little 6 or 8 Oz sirloin steak dinner, you better step your game up on the presentation as well!

Let me say that se had a wonderful experience . The food was a little issue. My son ordered the salmon, which was way overcooked and had a metallic, fishy taste. We brought it to the attention of the server, who had the manager come over. I want to point out and applaud the professional, caring and understanding manner in which we were treated. They could not have been more kind and considerate. My porterhouse steak was honestly the second best steak I have ever put in my mouth. It was perfect and well worth the money. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend, not just for the food, but also for the people. They make it worth it.

I ate at outback tonight and my friends and I total in 5 had a great experience. Our lovely server Anna was very polite and in tune with every. She managed to remember all our names great us each time she address someone and remember our drinks and never had to be asked to do anything. Came prepared and ready the food was done timely and cooked to perfection. But what made our day is how great Anna was at keeping things relaxing welcomed and awesom

My boyfriend and I love this restaurant! Our favorite steakhouse to eat at hands down! Our waitress Hannah was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed the entire setting! Definitely need more waitresses like her in every restaurant! Will be back soon for sure!
