Customer service. I ordered me to submit an order of ralph’s fish and burger shack on Friday 6/27/14. I wanted to pick up my lunch. I asked the man for the reception. he said he didn't take any. but he wanted me to sign my credit card entrance. I refused and said to end the transaction, I didn't want to eat it. he started kissing me and telling me that he doesn't have invalid transactions and that he has no f * quittung and I can take that or not it is paid since he swaps my d card. If they want to escape the perseverance of utica square, cherry street, brookside and the city inside, this is the place. they will never eat better from a simpler, less sexy place ralph’s is cheap, fast and authentic comfort eating. my personal note for good eating in this genre is chicken-ergizzards, and ralphs gizzards are fresh, tender and tasteful to the max. the people who work here are a bit gruff, but it really does not play any role because they only see them through a tiny window. there are outside seats, and the building looks like it falls down, but until it does, this is some of the best burgers/chickens/fish fish in the city.

The bread that they bake there is good I had scrambled eggs with bacon and home fries. The home fries were no good.

Used to love this place growing up and was a regular stop when attending college.

Classic Bigstop. Great burgers n breakfasts. Like the small town charm of the atmosphere.
